Our Piercers

	Aileen Piercer in Riverside Aileen has been a professional Body piercer since 2022. Aileen enjoys clowning around and performing piercings that allow people to feel more confident and comfortable with themselves. She joined the Laughing Buddha Family as a part time piercer in 2023. Aileen is thankful for the opportunity to create, learn, and educate alongside the talented staff at Laughing Buddha. She can be found at the Riverside location most Fridays and Saturday.
	Airick Piercer in Riverside & Upland Airick has been a professional body piercer for over 20 years. He has worked at such studios as BodyMod in Riverside and Cold Steel in San Francisco. Airick has been a part of The Laughing Buddha Family since 2007. He is thankful for the opportunity to be a part of so many individuals’ journey through life and is at the studio Friday & Saturday (Upland) & Sunday & Monday (Riverside) for all of your piercing and jewelry needs.
	AJ Piercer in Upland AJ has over 18 years of professional piercing experience. Working previously through South Bay and Los Angeles for most of her career, she was welcomed into the Laughing Buddha family early 2018. Since then, she made an impact immediately with her warm spirit and her beautiful ear curations. She is thankful to contribute to helping make the Laughing Buddha experience top notch. AJ works Monday through Wednesdays and pierces children as young as five years of age (identification requirements for minors)
	Chris Piercer in Upland Chris (she/her/ella) has been in the body piercing industry since 2013. After being a client for many years she jumped at the opportunity to work at the shop, starting out as counter staff. In 2022, she was apprenticed under guidance of fellow Laughing Buddha piercer AJ. Chris is now our Junior Piercer and is still continuing her education, she had attended the Conference for Professional Piercers in 2023 and Fakir Piercing Intensives in 2024. When Chris isn’t piercing, you can find her making food, wandering around a sunny neighborhood, or watching Antiques Roadshow with her dogs Pepper, Buccee, and cat Petal.
	Julissa Piercer in Riverside Julissa (they/them) has been a professional body piercer since 2023. Over the past year and a half, they’ve dedicated themselves to perfecting their craft with a focus on precision, safety, and client comfort. Julissa brings both skill and personality to every appointment, making each experience—whether it’s your very first piercing or a new piece for your collection—smooth, welcoming, and uniquely yours. You can find Julissa at the Riverside location most Wednesdays and Thursdays!
