They feature a 3/32" (2.38mm) Fixed Spike on the 18g version and a 1/8" (3mm) Fixed Spike on the 16g version. Machined from ASTM F-136 implant-grade titanium. Milled, manufactured, and assembled in the USA. Association of Professional Piercers Approved and Verified.
